Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CS Business Solutions LLC is a private consulting firm organized in Florida. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. General Services Administration, the U.S. Small Business Administration, SAM.gov, or any federal, state, or local government body.

2. Government services are free

Registering an entity in SAM.gov, obtaining a Unique Entity ID and CAGE code, and applying for SBA certifications (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB/EDWOSB, VOSB/SDVOSB) carry no government fee. Free counseling is also available from APEX Accelerators and Small Business Development Centers. Our fees pay for preparation, document review, project management, and advisory work, not for the government filing itself.

3. No guarantee of approval or award

Registration activation, certification approval, GSA contract award, and contract awards are decisions made solely by government agencies. We do not guarantee any outcome, timeline, or dollar amount. Any statistics on this Site describe the federal market and cite their sources; they are not promises about your results.

4. Website tools

The opportunity finder republishes public notices from the SAM.gov Opportunities API and may lag the source; always confirm details on sam.gov. The readiness quiz, capability-statement builder, and wrap-rate calculator are educational tools that produce estimates from your inputs. They are not legal, accounting, or cost-accounting advice, and they do not establish an engagement.

5. Engagements

Consulting services are provided only under a signed engagement letter that states scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and refund terms. Prices on the Site are founding-client prices and may change; the engagement letter controls. We do not charge contingent or success fees for obtaining federal contracts (see FAR Subpart 3.4) and we will not contact contracting officers to influence award decisions on your behalf.

6. Your accounts and information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you give us and submit to the government. We will never ask for your Login.gov or agency passwords. You agree not to misuse the Site, scrape it, or attempt to access its systems.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and tools are owned by CS Business Solutions LLC. Documents we produce for you under an engagement letter belong to you on payment.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising from the Site or any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost contracts or profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
